Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to enhance the performance of their sales organization. You'll design and develop training materials and resources to drive sales success. This role requires collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
You have a strong background in sales enablement and understand the intricacies of training and supporting sales teams. With at least 5 years of experience in a sales operations or enablement role, you are adept at creating educational content and resources that empower sales representatives to excel. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive productivity and success. Your analytical mindset helps you assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements. You are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.
As a Sales Excellence Manager at Fireblocks, you will take ownership of the design and development of sales enablement content. You will create and maintain training materials in platforms like Docebo and Rise, ensuring that they are up-to-date with new products and processes. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance rep readiness and performance. Your role will involve analyzing the effectiveness of training initiatives and making recommendations for improvements. You will also oversee the implementation of sales tools and knowledge management systems that support the sales team in their daily activities. By partnering with marketing and other departments, you will ensure that sales representatives have the resources they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving digital asset landscape.
