Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant to support their fast-growing used automotive retail operations. You'll be responsible for detailing vehicles, moving them between departments, and inspecting for defects. This role is ideal for those looking to start a career in the automotive industry.
You are eager to start your career in the automotive industry and are looking for an entry-level position that offers training and growth opportunities. You have a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English. You are ready to work in a fast-paced environment and are open to learning new skills.
While no specific experience is required, any background in automotive work or customer service would be a plus. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
In this role, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing to ensure they are in pristine condition for customers. You will also serve as a Lot Attendant, moving vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you may take on the role of a Photobooth Associate, capturing high-quality images of vehicles for online listings, or as an Inspection Associate, where you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects.
You will receive comprehensive training to help you develop your skills and advance your career within Carvana. Your work will contribute to the overall customer experience, ensuring that every vehicle is presented in the best possible light.
