Guidepoint is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) for Client Growth to enhance relationships with clients and drive user acquisition. This role involves strategic outreach and onboarding new clients, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in client growth and relationship management. You understand the consulting industry and can effectively communicate value propositions to clients. You are skilled in lead generation and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth. You are comfortable analyzing client usage trends and proactively addressing potential issues to enhance client satisfaction. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with senior sales team members and other departments.
In this role, you will partner with senior members of the sales team to increase the user base at client firms through thoughtful outreach strategies. You will be responsible for lead generation efforts aimed at meeting project targets and activating new clients. Monitoring client usage trends will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to identify inflection points in their usage data and proactively reach out to address any potential pain points. You will onboard new client users, educating them on the various services Guidepoint offers under their subscription. Additionally, you will work closely with the Client Service team to gather feedback on ongoing projects and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the acquisition process.
