GetYourGuide is seeking an Account Executive (Polish Speaker) to strengthen their Sales Team in Berlin. You'll focus on acquiring and managing suppliers in Poland and Eastern Europe, driving growth in the travel experience industry. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Who you are

You are a driven and resilient individual with a results-oriented mindset, ready to take on the challenge of acquiring the best and most popular experiences in travel destinations. Your ability to build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline is crucial, and you thrive in environments where you can negotiate optimal terms and drive supplier acquisition. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to represent GetYourGuide at industry events and establish credibility with potential suppliers. Your experience in sales, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, will be invaluable as you work to strengthen our expert Sales Team in Berlin.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and onboard new suppliers, primarily focusing on tour and experience providers as well as attractions. You will effectively manage the entire sales funnel, from outreach and negotiation to closing and onboarding, ensuring that you consistently hit and exceed your quota. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to align supplier acquisition with broader business goals, ensuring sustainable growth for GetYourGuide. You will also have the opportunity to travel regularly, up to 25%, to build strong relationships with suppliers and enhance our offerings in Poland and Eastern Europe.
