Flex is seeking a Senior Director, New Verticals Sales to lead the expansion into new payment categories. This role requires strong business development skills and experience in early-stage environments.
You are an entrepreneurial and highly accomplished leader with a proven track record in sales and business development. With extensive experience in early-stage environments, you thrive on identifying and cultivating innovative partnerships that drive growth. Your operational acumen and rigorous sales discipline enable you to negotiate and close high-value deals effectively. You understand the complexities of non-discretionary payment categories and are passionate about empowering users with flexible payment solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead Flex's expansion into new verticals, focusing on categories such as insurance, HOAs, utilities, and auto payments. You will report directly to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's mission. Your responsibilities will include originating, negotiating, and closing complex partnership deals for Flex's embedded split pay offering. You will leverage your expertise to shape market strategies and drive the company's growth trajectory.
