You have 5+ years of experience in sales strategy and planning, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Your background includes improving sales productivity and supporting strategic go-to-market initiatives, making you a key player in shaping business trajectories. You are proficient in SQL and data analysis, enabling you to derive insights from complex datasets and drive informed decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that your insights are understood and actionable. You are passionate about leveraging data to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support annual, semi-annual, and quarterly sales planning processes, including organizational design, headcount deployment, capacity planning, goal setting, and quota assignment. You will analyze and track sales productivity metrics, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and initiatives. Collaborating with the GTM, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams, you will contribute to high-impact projects that shape Intercom's global sales strategy. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing the company to maintain its leadership in AI-powered customer service. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations that communicate your findings and recommendations to senior management, ensuring alignment across the organization.
