Checkr is seeking a Head of Growth for their consumer product, Checkr Personal. You'll be instrumental in shaping and scaling growth strategies in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience in building B2C strategies.
You have a proven track record in growth marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in building and executing B2C strategies. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking ownership of high-visibility projects. Your scrappy, full-stack approach to growth marketing allows you to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful results. You understand the nuances of consumer behavior and can leverage data to inform your strategies. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives. You are passionate about building networks and communities, and you have a vision for how to scale a new product line effectively.
Experience in a startup environment or a high-growth company is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance marketing strategies will set you apart. A background in technology or a related field can enhance your ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.

Your insights will be crucial in scaling Checkr Personal and establishing it as a leader in the market.
