Overview

Upstart is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee complaints and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You'll work cross-functionally to identify and mitigate risks while enhancing consumer trust. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in compliance management.

You have a strong background in compliance management, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all processes align with legal standards. Your analytical skills enable you to assess risks effectively and design scalable compliance solutions that uphold consumer trust. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with various teams to identify and mitigate risks. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance compliance processes.

Desirable

Experience in complaint management and a solid understanding of consumer protection laws are highly desirable.
