We’re building a new team at InDebted called Orchestrate - the next evolution of what was previously our Automate function. Orchestrate’s mission is to transform how operational work flows through our platform by making our in-house solution, Collect, the central brain for intelligent work distribution.
Instead of work arriving reactively through inboxes, Orchestrate will enable Collect to proactively route tasks - to AI agents, human agents, automation workflows, or future CX tools - based on data, context and business priorities.
