Shift4 is seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations to optimize revenue processes and drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance while utilizing analytical skills and tools like Looker. This role requires strong leadership and strategic insight.
You have a strong background in revenue operations, with at least 5 years of experience in optimizing revenue processes and driving operational efficiency. Your analytical rigor allows you to develop data-driven strategies that align with organizational priorities, and you excel in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You are skilled in CRM governance and have a keen eye for maintaining high-quality data and actionable reporting. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you enjoy mentoring high-performing teams to achieve their best work.
Experience with project management certification or Agile methodology is a plus, as it complements your ability to manage complex projects effectively. Familiarity with tools like Looker enhances your capability to provide executives with accurate, timely dashboards and insights that guide decision-making.
In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to define and execute revenue growth strategies that align with the company's goals. You will develop scalable frameworks for forecasting, territory planning, and quota-setting, ensuring that the lead-to-cash lifecycle is optimized for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing CRM governance and adoption, leading the analysis of sales performance, pipeline health, and customer metrics to inform strategic decisions. You will provide executives with timely insights through dashboards, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed.
You will also be responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization, ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards sustainable revenue expansion. Your role will require you to manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Shift4.
