Technical Operator

Who you are

You are a motivated individual eager to start your career in a technical role within the food manufacturing industry. You have a strong commitment to food safety and quality, understanding the importance of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard. You are detail-oriented and capable of performing thorough pre-operational checks to ensure machine safety and cleanliness. You are ready to work collaboratively with the Operator Maintainer (OM) and other team members to maintain efficient production processes.

What you'll do

As a Technical Operator at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. You will conduct pre-operational checks to verify that all raw materials and packaging meet production specifications. Throughout your shift, you will actively monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments under the guidance of the Operator Maintainer. You will also conduct routine inspections of materials and products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. Your role will involve working on shifts from Sunday to Thursday, with morning and afternoon shifts available.
