Ad Operations Specialist

As an Ad Operations Specialist on the Ad Operations team in our Gurugram office, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless setup, delivery of ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage campaign performance, solve operational challenges, and help clients achieve their goals through precise execution. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and the ad technology industry

• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad ecosystem players (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Ad Exchanges)

• Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking and optimization across display and search platforms

• Proficiency with cost models like CPM, vCPM, CPC, CPCV, and CPA

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with platforms such as Taboola Ads, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, TTD, Outbrain, Amobee, and video ad servers like SpringServe

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
