Zapier is hiring an AI Pipeline Engineer to build a new outbound and qualification engine for their upmarket GTM motion. You'll focus on pipeline generation and educating prospects on AI orchestration and automation use cases. Experience in sales operations or AI roles is preferred.
You have experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or AI/automation roles where you've engaged with customers or influenced pipeline. Ideally, you have a background in SaaS or product-led companies, which gives you a strong understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs. You are comfortable using AI tools and understand the importance of responsible and transparent usage in your work. Your ability to identify high-potential prospects and run effective discovery sessions will be key to your success in this role.

As the first AI Pipeline Engineer at Zapier, you will focus entirely on pipeline generation and prospect education. Your primary responsibility will be to identify high-potential prospects and run discovery sessions to educate them on the benefits of AI orchestration and automation. You will experiment with various outreach strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Collaborating with Account Executives, you will ensure qualified handoffs and contribute to the overall growth of the pipeline.
You will partner cross-functionally with other teams to gather customer insights that will inform product development and go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve analyzing data to refine outreach approaches and improve the effectiveness of the qualification engine you are building. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and sharing best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
