Intercom is seeking a Senior GTM Data Analyst to provide data-driven insights that shape GTM strategy for the Sales team. You'll work on optimizing Enterprise and Outbound sales strategies using analytical models and reporting tools. This role requires strong skills in data analysis and SQL.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in a sales or marketing context — you've developed analytical models that drive strategic decisions and optimize performance metrics. Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data efficiently, providing actionable insights that influence business outcomes. You are skilled in data visualization tools, enabling you to present complex data in an understandable format for stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and finance teams to align targets and track performance. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify trends and anomalies in data that inform strategic initiatives. You are passionate about using data to drive business success and are eager to contribute to a team that values data-driven decision-making.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with customer acquisition metrics and sales forecasting. Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and tools will set you apart, as will any experience with AI-driven customer service solutions.
