Amazon is hiring a NAMER Marketing Response Center Representative to engage with new and prospective AWS customers. You'll build an AWS leads database and educate customers about AWS services. This entry-level position requires a desire to contribute to cloud computing and AI.

In this role, you will build an AWS leads database by engaging with customers and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner. Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers who are at the beginning of their cloud journey, helping them move from warm or little interest to active interest in AWS services. You will nurture leads with tailored messaging to enhance customer understanding of AWS and its unique differentiators. Through your efforts, you will create higher value leads that result in increased conversion rates. You will actively leverage AI to enhance your productivity and contribute to global scaling programs.
