Who you are

You have 8+ years of experience in technology, with at least 3 years in a pre-sales role focused on enterprise software. Your technical aptitude allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience, making you a trusted advisor to clients ranging from startups to large enterprises. You possess a strong understanding of scalable and highly available distributed systems, which enables you to guide customers in building reliable solutions. Your coding skills in modern scripting languages such as Python and Node.js, as well as popular programming languages like Java and C++, are essential for this role. Excellent presentation and communication skills are part of your toolkit, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders. You are also proficient in one of the languages used by customers in the Asian markets, such as Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, or Malay.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and familiarity with MongoDB's data platform would be advantageous. A background in software development complements your pre-sales experience, giving you a holistic view of the customer journey. You are comfortable with travel, as this role may require up to 50% travel to meet clients and partners.
