Confluent is hiring a Partner Innovation Engineer to design and build internal tools and frameworks that enhance partner integrations and event streaming solutions. You'll work with technologies like Kafka and APIs in a remote role based in Northern Ireland.
You have a strong background in engineering, ideally with experience in building and integrating event streaming solutions. You are skilled in designing and developing tools that enhance the efficiency of partner integrations, and you understand the importance of automation and validation in ensuring system reliability. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a team that values diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. You possess a keen interest in data streaming technologies and are motivated to create solutions that empower both partners and internal teams.
Experience with Kafka and its ecosystem is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based APIs and infrastructure automation. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are open to learning new technologies that can enhance your contributions.
In this role, you will design and develop robust tools and frameworks that improve how Confluent and its partners build, test, and verify integrations and solutions.
