Overview

Varicent is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning and strategic forecasting initiatives. You'll drive cross-functional financial initiatives and contribute to executive-level discussions. This role requires strong analytical skills and business partnership capabilities.

Who you are

You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical acumen allows you to drive strategic forecasting and decision support across the organization. You excel in leading cross-functional financial initiatives and have a proven track record of developing team members in FP&A. Your business partnership capabilities enable you to contribute effectively to executive-level discussions, ensuring that financial insights are aligned with organizational goals.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about redefining revenue optimization. Your ability to innovate with purpose helps you build impactful solutions that empower revenue leaders globally. Desirable

Experience with SaaS solutions and a deep understanding of the Sales Performance Management (SPM) market would be advantageous. Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting tools is a plus, as is a background in working with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, FP&A, you will play a key leadership role in driving financial planning and strategic forecasting initiatives across Varicent. You will oversee and develop the FP&A team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver accurate revenue and performance forecasts. Your role will involve leading cross-functional financial initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.

You will contribute directly to executive-level discussions, providing insights that drive decision-making and support the organization's growth. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, enabling the company to maximize seller performance and unlock untapped potential.
