CoderPad is hiring a Sales Manager focused on Expansion to lead a team of account executives in North America. You'll be responsible for driving expansion revenue and refining sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership and team management skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in leading teams focused on expansion within the commercial and midmarket sectors. Your experience includes hiring, training, and coaching account executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You understand the importance of collaboration with customer success and renewal teams to define and refine sales strategies that drive growth. You are adept at developing and implementing strategies that align with company goals, ensuring your team is equipped to meet the challenges of a competitive market.
You possess strong leadership qualities, enabling you to inspire and motivate your team while fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to identify opportunities for expansion and growth. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can effectively manage a geographically dispersed team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with technical interviewing tools is a plus. A background in sales strategy development and execution will set you apart as a candidate. In this role, you will lead a team of North America-based Commercial and Strategic Account Executives, providing them with the guidance and support needed to drive expansion revenue. You will be responsible for setting clear performance expectations and ensuring your team has the resources and training necessary to succeed. You will collaborate closely with your peers in EMEA sales and new business sales to align strategies and share best practices.
Your responsibilities will include defining and refining the expansion strategy in partnership with customer success and renewal teams. You will analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed to ensure your team meets its booking targets. Regularly, you will conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for professional development.
You will also play a key role in the hiring process, selecting candidates who not only have the right skills but also fit the company culture.
