What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end program delivery for high-impact initiatives that are crucial to Lyft's operational success. You will oversee the implementation of financial technology transformations, ensuring that systems like Oracle and Anaplan are integrated effectively to enhance financial operations. Your leadership will be key in driving people technology transformations, utilizing platforms like Workday and Greenhouse to improve HR processes and employee experiences.

You will also manage sales technology rollouts, particularly with Salesforce, to streamline sales operations and improve customer engagement. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and drive efficiency.

In addition, you will lead privacy compliance programs, ensuring that Lyft adheres to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Your expertise in these areas will help mitigate risks and protect customer data, reinforcing Lyft's commitment to security and compliance.

What we offer
