What you'll do

As a Senior Product Operations Analyst, you will be the primary operational liaison for Incident Response and Red Team engagements. Your responsibilities will include managing key operational processes, ensuring that all activities comply with Sophos’ service standards. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate project delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the engagement are aligned and executed efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and reporting on project status, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise during the engagement. Your role will require you to engage with various teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve successful outcomes.
