Desirable

What you'll do

As the Spacecraft Communications Payload Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of communication systems for our Terran R vehicle. You will lead a team of engineers, guiding them through the development process while ensuring that all technical requirements are met. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including propulsion, manufacturing, and software, to create a cohesive and efficient workflow.

You will engage in problem-solving sessions to address challenges that arise during the development phase, leveraging your expertise to find innovative solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the direction of the project, as you will be responsible for making key decisions that impact the success of the mission.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, helping them grow in their roles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
