Experience with secure LLM integrations and prompt APIs would be a plus — you are familiar with the latest trends in AI and how they can be applied to enhance business processes. A background in building tooling that supports employee productivity is also desirable.

What you'll do

As the Director of Application Engineering at Klaviyo, you will lead the AI & DevOps Engineering team, focusing on delivering platforms and services that support the company's internal use of AI — your role will involve overseeing the development of automation tools that enhance scalability and security. You will collaborate closely with IT, Security, and R&D teams to ensure that the solutions you implement meet the needs of the organization.
