As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, and Meta. You will work towards achieving your sales targets and maximizing your earnings through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role. You will also receive ongoing support from the company to ensure your success.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
