You have a strong background in project management, with experience in organizing requirements and leading the sales process for responding to RFx projects. You understand the importance of external collaboration and are skilled at integrating partner channels into the RFx response process. Your ability to develop clear and comprehensive responses to RFPs ensures that the expectations of the sales teams are met and that the proposals are competitive and compelling.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or software company is a plus, as is familiarity with the sales process and proposal management. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the requirements for RFx projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with the USPS and AMER account teams to generate high-quality responses that meet the needs of potential clients.

You will also work with the capture management team to synchronize efforts and shape account opportunities, ensuring that the sales field is well-equipped to pursue new business. Your role will involve developing comprehensive responses to RFPs, integrating Elastic's sales plays as applicable to enhance the proposals.

Additionally, you will assist in integrating partner channels into the RFx responses, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all necessary information is included. Your project management skills will be crucial in leading the sales process and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
