Amazon's Internal Corporate Communications (ICC) creates content and experiences that inform, inspire, and connect Amazonians to each other and our future. Within ICC, the Creative Studio specializes in visual storytelling for employee communications. We're seeking a talented designer with strong creative and organizational skills to join our Creative Studio team, someone who will thrive in our high-volume environment, responding to stakeholder design needs with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude while helping us deliver visual narratives that resonate with our diverse global audience.

As a Designer, Creative Workflow Lead within ICC's Creative Studio, you'll primarily focus on creating visually effective designs (70%) while leveraging your organizational expertise to optimize our creative workflows (30%), maximizing our speed, efficiency, and impact using a range of cloud-based tools and integrating generative AI when appropriate. A day in the life

No two days look alike in this role. You'll split time between hands-on design work and workflow optimization. Your morning might involve creating graphics for the Things newsletter or designing assets for leadership communications. By afternoon, you could be refining our digital asset management system or streamlining how we handle design requests. Throughout the week, you'll balance delivering polished designs that reach thousands of Amazonians with building scalable workflows that keep the Creative Studio operating efficiently.
