As a Graduate Area Manager, you are prepared to take on leadership responsibilities after completing an extensive 11-week onboarding program. You will be responsible for managing your own team, ensuring that customers receive their goods on time and in good condition. You have a strong focus on safety, process optimization, sustainability, and technical advancement, which are crucial aspects of your role. You are detail-oriented and data-driven, using key performance indicators to guide your decision-making and improve processes.
