Graduate Area Manager

Who you are

As a Graduate Area Manager, you are prepared to take on leadership responsibilities after completing an extensive 11-week onboarding program. You will be responsible for managing your own team, ensuring that customers receive their goods on time and in good condition. You have a strong focus on safety, process optimization, sustainability, and technical advancement, which are crucial aspects of your role. What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental protection standards. You will derive actionable recommendations for process improvements based on metrics such as safety, productivity, and quality. You will lead and train a team of up to 100 employees, planning and managing internal processes effectively. Your participation in overarching projects will focus on optimizing customer satisfaction, and you will manage resources and workflows efficiently.

You will work in shifts, prioritizing safety standards across your location. As a shift leader, you will conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to your team members and stakeholders. Your ability to analyze data will influence the outcomes of your team's performance, ensuring that you achieve the best results for your customers. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of Amazon's mission.
