FP&A Analyst

Who you are

You have a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, which provides you with a solid foundation in financial principles and practices. You are motivated by the opportunity to generate impact through financial analysis and strategic decision-making. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to track financial results and key performance indicators effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with international and multidisciplinary teams, bringing an analytical perspective to discussions. You have experience in financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, which allows you to contribute meaningfully to the company's financial strategy. You are detail-oriented and ensure the quality and consistency of financial information, particularly when implementing and evolving financial planning ERP systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report to a Global FP&A Specialist and play a key role in monitoring the financial performance of the business. You will actively participate in the preparation of forecasts and reports that support strategic decision-making in a growing global environment. You will track financial results and key business KPIs, providing insights that drive performance improvements. You will collaborate on the implementation and evolution of the financial planning ERP, ensuring that the information is accurate and reliable. You will assist in the preparation of quarterly budgets and forecasting processes, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. You will design and maintain dashboards and management reports that facilitate a clear understanding of the business's financial status. You will analyze variances, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of action plans to enhance profitability. Your role will involve working cross-functionally with various teams, providing analytical insights that drive impactful decisions.
