Senior Partner Solutions Architect (GSI - LATAM)

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical solutions architecture, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, allows you to guide partners through complex migrations and modernizations. You are a trusted advisor who can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your collaborative nature helps you build strong relationships with partners and internal teams alike, ensuring successful outcomes for all initiatives.

You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Your ability to educate and enable partner technical resources is a key strength, and you enjoy facilitating workshops and training sessions that empower others. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and training partner technical resources, ensuring they are equipped to successfully implement Datadog solutions. You will participate in joint business planning sessions with partners, aligning technical initiatives with business goals. Your collaboration with internal teams will support partner-led demonstrations and proofs of value, showcasing the capabilities of Datadog's offerings.

You will lead enablement workshops, providing partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Your role will also involve assessing partner needs and providing tailored advice on best practices for leveraging Datadog's solutions. You will act as a liaison between partners and Datadog's product teams, advocating for feature requests and addressing technical concerns.
