Maintenance Engineer, High Pressure Die Casting (Starlink)

Who you are

You have a strong background in maintenance engineering, particularly in high-pressure die casting environments, and are adept at providing technical support for complex production equipment. Your experience includes leading teams of maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve challenging equipment failures, ensuring that production lines operate smoothly and efficiently. You are skilled in performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective measures to address equipment and process gaps. Your familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) allows you to effectively manage maintenance workflows and documentation. You are proactive in developing and executing improvement projects aimed at maximizing equipment availability and reliability.

Desirable

Experience with predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis and cycle counting is a plus, as is a background in collaborating with engineering teams to enhance equipment design for reliability. What you'll do
