What you'll do

In this role, you will manage programs related to Sub Same-Day planning, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program availability and reliability. You will collaborate closely with various functional teams, including Supply Chain, Field Execution, and Tech teams, to drive innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and communicating long-term initiatives, removing bottlenecks, and creating efficient processes. You will lead partnerships and innovations that contribute to the growth of the Sub Same-Day network. Your role will require you to analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience by aligning operational processes with customer needs. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Amazon's delivery network in Japan.
