What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the category development for General Merchandise on Amazon Now, focusing on Other Hardlines, Consumer Electronics, and Softlines. You will define the selection vision and growth roadmap, ensuring that Amazon Now becomes a go-to destination for urgent and impulse purchases. Your responsibilities include identifying whitespace opportunities and developing category-specific strategies that enhance customer relevance. You will engage closely with brands and distributors to facilitate exclusive launches and quick-commerce initiatives. Additionally, you will manage a team of category and business development managers, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine strategies and drive execution rigor.
