Braze is seeking a Benefits Partner to join their Total Rewards team. You'll design, deliver, and manage benefits programs across multiple regions while collaborating with various teams. This role requires expertise in benefits management and a strong understanding of compliance.

Who you are

You are a dedicated professional with experience in benefits management, ready to contribute to a dynamic team at Braze. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal, is essential for success in this role. Desirable

Experience in global benefits management across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions is a plus. Familiarity with compliance regulations and the ability to provide regional subject matter expertise will set you apart. What you'll do

As a Benefits Partner at Braze, you will play a critical role in the Global Benefits function. Your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and manage benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You will work closely with the People Team to ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive and sustainable. Collaborating with Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams, you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also engage with external brokers and providers to enhance our benefits offerings and ensure they align with our organizational goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in navigating the complexities of benefits management across multiple regions, and you will be expected to provide insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
