Overview

Affinity is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead the development of their innovative CRM product. You'll collaborate with product and design leaders to shape the product roadmap and drive engineering execution. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in engineering leadership, ideally with a background in software development and product management. Your strategic vision has driven successful product roadmaps in the past, and you are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering. You are passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You understand the importance of inclusive development opportunities and are committed to mentoring and coaching your team members to help them reach their full potential.

You possess a strong technical background that allows you to craft and execute a technical strategy aligned with business and product needs. You are familiar with advanced data analytics and relationship intelligence, and you understand how to leverage these technologies to enhance user experiences. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can guide teams through iterative development practices while ensuring quality software delivery.

Desirable

Experience in CRM product development or similar domains would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices will help you lead your team effectively. You are also comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.

What you'll do
