You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to drive client success. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate technical information clearly and concisely, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey with Zenoti.

You are passionate about the beauty and wellness industry and understand the unique challenges that businesses face in this space — your empathy and understanding of client pain points allow you to build trust and rapport with clients. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical account management team, overseeing the onboarding and implementation of Zenoti's software solutions for clients in the beauty and wellness industry. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, providing training and support, and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
