Doctolib is seeking a Patient Growth Marketing Manager to lead patient acquisition and enhance brand awareness. You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies while collaborating with B2B teams. This role requires a strong data-driven approach and knowledge of patient behaviors.

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in growth strategies, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in designing and executing 360° marketing plans that effectively drive patient acquisition and enhance brand visibility. You are data-driven and possess a deep understanding of patient behaviors, allowing you to tailor strategies that resonate with target audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and product marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities. Your analytical skills enable you to assess campaign performance and market trends, ensuring a constant focus on ROI. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are comfortable presenting insights to stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. You are adept at using Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to track and optimize campaign performance. Knowledge of SQL will help you analyze data effectively and derive actionable insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the patient acquisition strategy for Doctolib, focusing on targeted specialties in France. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that include both organic and paid strategies to generate appointment bookings. Collaborating with the Performance Marketing team, you will brief and coordinate campaigns, ensuring that both paid and organic channels are optimized for maximum impact. You will also drive brand initiatives and high-visibility B2C campaigns to position Doctolib as the go-to solution for appointment scheduling. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance, understanding patient behaviors, and staying ahead of market trends to continuously refine strategies. You will act as a strategic marketing partner to the Sales and B2B Product Marketing teams, aligning patient acquisition efforts with business goals and priorities.
