ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible is looking for a highly motivated Working Student in Mobile Performance Marketing (m/f/x), who will support Audible’s Audience Acquisition Marketing Team.
As a Performance Marketing Working Student, you will…
- Learn how the mobile marketing world functions
- Support the optimization of the performance marketing campaigns in our five EU marketplaces (DE/UK/FR/IT/ES) as a focus, but also have the opportunity to work globally
- Liaise with our partner agencies on a multitude of different marketing projects independently
- Take over the creative briefing process with a test and learn approach to manage and optimize asset performance
- Work closely with our design team to ensure the assets meet the brand guidelines
- Analyze marketing reports, monitor performance, create reports for stakeholders and derive actionable insights
- Become the main POC for Content's tickets creation
- Participate in brain storming on A/B tests, set up tests in networks and app stores, monitor them and provide testing reports

OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week
- Compensation of €15.30 per hour
- Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fully-fledged team member

- International work environment
- Flexible working hours- You’re still a full time student, enrolled in a state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1.5 years of studies left - expected Graduation in 2027
- Business fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Business fluency in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian or Spanish; both written and spoken
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with data- You are interested in marketing trends, and topics, and are technically versed
- You are a doer, someone who likes to work organized, independently and learns new things fast
- Prior experience in mobile or performance marketing
