Enable is seeking an Events Manager to define and execute their enterprise events program. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to deliver impactful events. This role requires strong organizational and strategic skills.
You have a proven track record in event management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level events. Your ability to define and execute event strategies is complemented by your strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that events align with business goals and drive engagement. You understand the complexities of managing high-impact events and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with them. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and ensure that everyone is aligned on event objectives. You are passionate about creating memorable experiences that resonate with attendees and foster meaningful connections.
Experience in a fast-growing tech company or a similar environment would be a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and their applications in event management can set you apart. A background in marketing or sales can also enhance your ability to understand the audience and tailor events accordingly.
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of enterprise-focused events, including executive experiences, field events, conferences, and partner events. You will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure that each event is thoughtfully designed and executed to meet the needs of complex buying journeys. Your responsibilities will include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all aspects of the events run smoothly. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of each event, gathering feedback, and using insights to improve future events. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table. You will play a key role in building relationships with attendees and stakeholders, ensuring that each event contributes to the overall success of Enable's growth strategy.
