The BI department is the central source of management information, data and analytics within Leaseweb. We empower a wide range of departments with insights into their performance, processes and with that information highlight opportunities for improvement. Our mission is to enable data-driven decision-making across all levels - from team managers to the executive board. 

The team is exploring a new phase of implementing predictive analytics into existing analysis while delivering integrated reports and conducting in-depth analyses to drive future operational excellence.  

Our cross-functional team of 6-8 professionals consists of developers, business analysts, and business controllers who work collaboratively to turn data into actionable insights. Together, we are shaping a culture where data-backed decisions lead the way.  

What is the role about? 

You will take on a role that connects data analytics and business strategy. Based on the business interaction you’ll build high-impact dashboards, analyze performance trends, and collaborate with different business units and development teams to turn data into actionable insights and data products.  

You will have an end-to-end responsibility from data requirement translation to communication of analytical findings by:  

Building 

• Acting as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders; translating business needs into data requirements 

• Design, test, and implement KPI, metrics, data models 

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports 

• Support the implementation and adoption of reporting tools, including training and documentation 

• Contribute to building a data-driven culture across the organization  

Analysing 

• Analyze business KPIs (sales pipeline, revenues, costs, churn, etc.) and highlight key trends 

• Prepare and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders 

• Identify and improve business processes based on analytical findings 

• Support business cases with data models and provide insight-driven recommendations 
• Flag and resolve data quality issues that impact business reporting 

Who are you? 

You’re a bit of an outlier - in the best way. You’re a curious data enthusiast who enjoys turning insights into action. You move easily between dashboards and discussions, spotting patterns others miss and asking the questions no one thought to ask. Analytical but creative, technical yet communicative, you bring energy, clarity, and make it fun.   

What we’re looking for: 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business, (Data) Science, etc.)  

• Preferably 2-4 years of relevant data analysis experience  

• The ability to switch between high level analytical thinking, constructing hypotheses and detailed (data) modelling 

• Strong analytical capabilities and working experience with either SQL, R, or Python  

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Dutch is a plus. 

• Results oriented, independent, proactive and self-starting  

• Machine Learning experience is a plus 

• SAP experience is a plus 

 

Benefits include  

The salary for this position ranges from 47.000 Euros to 62.000 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills. We also take internal equity into account to ensure fair and consistent compensation across our team. Next to salary, we offer the following benefits:
