What you'll do

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, guiding them in executing Ridgeline's global talent acquisition strategy. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business priorities and workforce plans, ensuring that hiring goals are met across all functions. Your role will involve optimizing recruiting operations by leveraging data and technology to enhance efficiency and consistency in hiring practices. You will champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, embedding inclusive hiring practices into the recruitment process. Additionally, you will refine and enhance Ridgeline's employer branding, ensuring that the company attracts top talent in a competitive market. You will also be responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing administration of Workday Recruiting, ensuring that the system supports the team's needs effectively.
