Braze is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Messaging Design team. You'll work on shaping customer engagement experiences and collaborate closely with various teams to optimize marketing campaigns. This role requires strong design skills and experience in user experience design.
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in creating user-centered designs that enhance customer engagement. Your portfolio showcases your ability to transform complex ideas into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You are proficient in design tools like Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and processes. You understand the importance of user research and data-driven design, using insights to inform your design decisions. You are passionate about creating impactful designs that resonate with users and drive business results.
Experience in messaging or marketing platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing and user journey mapping. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense, ensuring that your designs are not only functional but also visually appealing.
As a Senior Product Designer at Braze, you will join the Orchestration Division and work within the Messaging Design team. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the future of customer engagement orchestration by designing experiences that power sophisticated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Messaging Experience, Canvas Logic & Execution, and Core Messaging teams to create seamless user experiences that enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, ensuring that your designs meet the needs of marketers worldwide. You will be involved in the entire design process, from ideation to prototyping and user testing, iterating on designs based on feedback and data. You will also mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
