What you'll do

As the Data Center Strategic Sourcing Lead at Anthropic, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of procurement strategies that support the scaling of our Data Center IT equipment footprint. You will own the end-to-end sourcing strategies for critical IT infrastructure, ensuring that we have the necessary hardware to meet our ambitious goals. Your role will involve partnering closely with engineering teams to understand their requirements and translating those into effective sourcing strategies.

You will lead commercial negotiations and manage Master Service Agreements for essential IT infrastructure, including networking equipment and compute hardware. Your ability to establish strong vendor relationships will be crucial in ensuring hardware availability and optimizing costs. You will also audit partner procurement schedules to ensure alignment with our operational needs and identify areas for improvement.
