Crexi is seeking an Account Executive for their Intelligence sales team to drive sales targets and build customer relationships. This role requires strong strategic planning and sales execution skills.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the commercial real estate sector or technology sales. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, which allows you to effectively contribute to sales targets and revenue performance. You are results-driven and thrive in a competitive environment, consistently exceeding established metrics. Your strategic thinking enables you to develop and execute plans that align with company goals and customer expectations.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive on the Intelligence sales team, you will own and hit or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. You will develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve these sales targets while expanding your customer base. Building strong relationships with clients will be key, as you will need to understand their trends and needs to provide tailored solutions. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure that the sales process is seamless and that customer feedback is integrated into product development. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
