Uber is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (German Speaker) to assist German-speaking users in the DACH market. You'll manage virtual support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. This role requires fluency in German and experience in B2B support.

Who you are

You are a proactive individual with at least 6 months of experience in B2B support or customer service. You possess strong communication skills in German, allowing you to effectively assist customers and resolve their issues with empathy and clarity. You thrive in a process-driven environment and are comfortable managing a high volume of support tickets. Your ability to identify common problem patterns will help improve the overall customer experience. You are eager to build a strong foundation in customer support and operations within a large, international company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be based in our Lisbon Center of Excellence, serving as a front-line specialist for Uber's DACH market. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve a high volume of virtual support tickets via chat and email, ensuring that customers feel heard and supported. You will follow documented procedures to investigate and resolve low-to-medium complexity customer issues accurately. Additionally, you will handle B2B support and proactive outreach, helping to manage accounts and build relationships with our business partners. You will also assist in basic root cause analysis to help the team understand the driving factors behind customer inquiries.
