In this role, you will design and implement the Technical Program Management strategy for Waymo's Security Trade compliance. You will coordinate efforts across various teams to ensure that all security compliance aspects related to international imports and exports are addressed. You will be responsible for managing the roadmap execution, providing clarity and direction to your team while proactively managing risks. Your role will involve driving discussions and outcomes that lead to real-world deployments of the Waymo Driver across different platforms and geographies. You will work closely with engineering, legal, and operational teams to ensure that compliance requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also be expected to report on progress and challenges to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $196,000—$248,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
