DataCamp is seeking a Curriculum Manager for Data Science and Data Engineering to enhance and expand their curriculum. You'll collaborate with instructors and cross-functional teams to create engaging content. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
You have a strong background in curriculum development and a passion for data science and data engineering. You are skilled in managing content development lifecycles and have experience collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging educational materials. Your ability to assess course performance using learner feedback ensures that the curriculum remains relevant and effective. You are proactive in identifying curriculum gaps and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content is technically accurate and pedagogically sound. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in educational offerings. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to enhance the learning experience for students.
In this role, you will manage the entire content development lifecycle, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. You will source and recruit top-tier instructors who are experts in their fields, collaborating closely with them to create engaging and informative content. Your responsibilities will include designing, reviewing, and creating course materials that cover a wide range of topics in data science and data engineering. You will assess course performance using learner feedback and engagement data, driving improvements based on this analysis. Additionally, you will own your portion of the curriculum roadmap, identifying and prioritizing existing gaps or new topics to be covered. You will also explore opportunities to develop AI workflows that optimize content creation and enhance the learning experience. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with various teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to ensure that the curriculum aligns with industry standards and meets the needs of learners.
