Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond and provide immediate assistance to user via chat and email, assisting with the resolution on basic customer issues
  • Collaborate with Senior Technical Support to resolve customer technical issues
  • Manage and work support tickets via Salesforce
  • Identifying and categorizing issues, directing case to the appropriate support if necessary
  • Other related duties as appropriate and required
  • Reports to the local Technical Support Manager

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Technical Support, Development or Operations role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills to effectively communicate with technical audiences at all skill levels
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and demonstrate problem solving skills in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools
  • An IT course or a degree in an IT-related field is preferred
