Experience in the autonomous driving or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud services such as AWS. In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing Network Operations team, focusing on recruitment, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews to ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include driving the incident management process, evolving it from simple ticket ownership to comprehensive post-incident reviews that prevent recurrence. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with organizational goals, contributing to the overall success of Waymo's mission.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $196,000—$248,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
