What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless inventory flow from receipt to dispatch. You will maintain daily records of shipments, invoices, and stock levels, proactively identifying replenishment needs. You will investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records, ensuring accuracy in inventory control. Your responsibilities will include accurately receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment, as well as preparing items for shipping with meticulous documentation. You will actively participate in the inventory and cycle counting process, consistently seeking ways to improve operational efficiency. Utilizing inventory management software, you will track stock levels, monitor orders, and generate reports to support the operational team.
