AppDirect is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring across various functions. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and implement creative sourcing strategies. This role requires experience in a high-growth startup environment.
You have a proven track record of recruiting in a high growth startup environment — you understand the nuances of attracting top talent and are eager to take on the challenge of rapidly growing our company. You excel at managing the candidate experience from end to end, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process. Your ability to design creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and employer branding, sets you apart in engaging both active and passive candidates.
You are skilled in collaborating with hiring managers across various business functions — you understand organizational objectives and can advise on market trends to co-create customized hiring plans that drive team success. Your experience in high-volume hiring allows you to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and actively seek to engage diverse communities in your recruitment efforts.
Experience with executive searches and managing scheduling for leadership roles would be a plus. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of your sourcing strategies is also desirable. You are comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process and enhance the candidate experience.
In this role, you will manage high-volume hiring across all AppDirect functions, from intake to offer acceptance. You will guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment process, providing clear communication and timely feedback that reflects our employer brand. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to engage candidates before roles open, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on market trends, helping to create customized hiring plans that align with organizational objectives. You will also work alongside our Leadership Recruiter on executive searches, providing sourcing support and managing scheduling to ensure a smooth process for candidates.
Your role will involve maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate by creating an outstanding candidate experience. You will be responsible for tracking recruitment metrics and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in hiring.
